Jewish Community Center is welcoming Each Moment We’re Alive Cancer Support Network and Mary-Anne Schelb of Intentional Calm as she leads this interactive event to help attendees clarify their futures through goal setting and brainstorming.

Participants will be guided in the creation of a VISION BOARD, a tool to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific goal.

Canvas boards, crafting materials and magazines, will be provided. Guests are encouraged to bring personal photos that relate to their goals.

JCC programs are FREE and open to the public, but space is limited.
